This philosophy is reflected in Inside Glass Jar Goodies, a collection of the company's recipes. Since beginning in 1997, Glass Jar Goodies accumulated tens of recipes during its 12 year existence. Thirty-seven recipes are included in the book. The recipe chapters are:

Carolyn Leiter has been a business person for her entire adult life. She was born and raised in Derry, New Hampshire in a large, Irish family. Her hobbies include scrap booking, wine making, and exploring New England with her husband Richard and her sisters. She currently assists Richard with his business, 
Lizz Clements was born in 1982. She began taking writing seriously as a high school student. She has self-published a number of books and has had poetry and articles published in compilations, magazines, and print publications. She received two awards from the WV Press Association in 2008 for her work as a photo-journalist. Her hobbies include photography, crafting, and travel.
